Our loan programs extend from $50,000 to millions of dollars and are repaid in between 12 - 60 months. Your individual situation will dictate the offers presented to you. Of course! If your loan was denied because of circumstances that have changed (for example, due to unvalidated documents and information), there is a possibility your loan will be approved if you re-apply.

In order to make your loan and to do it as fast and effortless for you as possible, an origination fee of up to 1%-5% is charged for each loan. The origination fee is paid to our designated account, before your money is distributed to you. We don't want to leave you with any surprises, so be sure to take this cost into consideration when you decide how much you're going to need for that dream vacation (not to mention).

We fund innovative ideas and needs with high-growth potential. We prefer companies/individuals with unique ideas, led by experienced entrepreneurs with a good track record. Ideally, you'll have demonstrated some early success in raising capital or securing funding. We prioritize a strong business plan that outlines a clear path to success and thoroughly analyzes the market opportunity.

We are open to funding businesses and ideas at any stage. However, we are particularly interested in those who have laid a strong foundation with a well-developed business plan and marketing analysis.

Our data shows that over 95% of our funded projects have transitioned from completion to revenue generation.

We don't usually sign NDAs with entrepreneurs/borrowers because we have a lot of ideas that come along on a daily basis. Signing an NDA might hinder us from working with future borrowers who might have the same idea!

We have a board of proffessionals reviewing applications on a daily basis. Your application will be reviewed by them. You should get notified at most in 2 business working days for initial acceptance.
